Who we are

Hi, I’m Hannah — a women’s health Myotherapist, mother of two girls, and passionate advocate for supporting women through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Motherhood reshaped not only my life, but the way I see women’s healthcare. I experienced firsthand how much women are expected to “just cope” — with the aches, the pelvic floor changes, the exhaustion, and the identity shifts that come with becoming a mother.

That’s why my work is centred around helping women feel strong, informed and deeply connected to their bodies.

I believe birth preparation isn’t just about the day you meet your baby — it’s about building trust in your body, supporting your pelvic health, and creating the space to soften, open and let go. Through hands-on Myotherapy, movement and education, I help you prepare your body for labour, reduce pain in pregnancy, and recover with confidence — not urgency.

Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or years into motherhood, you deserve care that honours your experience and supports you properly.

Because your body was made for this — and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
